The Paul W. Caine (PWC) Foundation provides assistance to high academic achievers such as students from middle school through high school who are considered at-risk and require specialized assistance and financial support.

Through the PWC Foundation, we seek to provide mentoring and tutoring assistance to students who have a strong desire to achieve but academically fall behind or seek career opportunities outside of the traditional college path. We endeavor to partner with local school districts to provide financial assistance for tutoring services and tuition aid to students who may be interested in pursuing traditional trade and technical careers in partnership with community colleges and special vocational trade schools. Our vision is to prepare these students for job readiness and careers.  With this focus we hope to increase employment opportunities for youth after graduation, which will ultimately lead to stronger, more vibrant communities.
